Scottish Swimming: Swimmer Membership

Every swimmer must be registered with Scottish Swimming (often referred to as Scottish Amateur Swimming Association or SASA).  This must be done when the swimmer joins the club, and before they take part in any training sessions for Liability Insurance purposes.  If a swimmer fails to take out membership, they are not able to swim with Blairgowrie Dolphins ASC.

Membership fees are set by Scottish Swimming and are usually paid annually before 1st April.   For 2024 the membership fee is for swimmers is £48.

Session Fees

Session fees are paid monthly (by bank transfer) to the club depending on how many times a swimmer swims each week.
